RETURNS

We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product - to ensure we can support any request for a return or exchange customers need to follow our Returns & Exchange procedures below:

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If you would like to return your item, please e-mail us quoting your name, order number and details of the product received. This way, we hope to resolve your request avoiding the need to return the item.

When returning your item, please include a short note within your return including your name and order number and let us know if you would prefer an exchange or a refund.

Package up your returned item carefully and stick a returns address to your parcel. This should be addressed to: Betley Butterfly, Unit 5b GK Davies Trading Estate, Hayes Ln, Stourbridge, DY9 8QX.

All you need to do now is take your parcel to your local Post Office to arrange for them to send it to us. As the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us, for your own protection, we do recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

As soon as we receive your returned item we will organise the exchange or refund for you and email you to let you know that this has been arranged.

I WISH TO RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND

We will aim to issue your refund within 3 working days of receipt of your return. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirming this. Please then allow a further 3 working days for the refund to be credited to your card, this is dictated by your bank or card issuer. Delivery charges are non refundable.

I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM

If the item you received is faulty, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please e-mail us quoting your name, order number and details of the product received. We will then advise on how to proceed.

I WISH TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM

If you would like to exchange your item, please e-mail us quoting your name, order number, details of the product received and the reason for your request to exchange. We will then advise on how to proceed.

DISCOUNT CODES AND VOUCHERS

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
